My Hershey’s Kiss

Her big brown eyes in my direction they stare;

Penetrating my heart & soul to see what is there.

No doubt she is searching for love inside me;

An emotion that she will not find easily.

Her big brown eyes in my direction they stare;

Desperately yearning for us to have a love affair.

Everyday her eyes speak a thousand words;

Yet not even a small statement or an utterance is heard.

Her big brown eyes in my direction they stare;

While my eyes are affixed upon her derriere.

Dark chocolaty skin & a delightful physique;

Her appearance is dazzling & indeed unique.

Her big brown eyes in my direction they stare;

Begging for me to take away her inner despair.

For her, every vision of me is a moment of bliss;

And the feeling is likewise,

My Dear Hershey’s kiss.

Where Fore Art Thou Juliet ?

I cannot get a special someone off my mind;

A spectacular somebody with a sexy exotic body.

She has a slim waist, soft lips, and a pretty face.

Every time I am near her my heart beats like bass.

She is so like me it is like she is a female version of me,

But people say my relationship with her could put my life in jeopardy.

I take what she and I have very seriously.

She holds a special place in my heart and I love her dearly.

She is the lover and the friend that I never had,

And she knows exactly what to do to calm me down when I am mad.

I will be disturbed if I ever let her go.

How she makes me truly feel no one will never know.

Our parents do not want to leave us be,

So you can imagine how hard it is for her and me.

What we feel for each other you will never understand.

I treasure her everyday and she passionately cares for her man.

It is a shame we have to hide what we share.

It is not right nor is it reasonable or fair.

The Formula Of Friendship

It's So Special And Remarkable When A Bond Is Made,

And The Beginning of The Foundation Of Friendship Is Laid.

A Friend Is Something We All Think We Have,

But We Never Really Know Until We Do The Math.

Most Of Us All Use The Term "Friend" Very Loosely,

And In Result, Become Friends With People Who Tell Lies Profusely.

A Grave Mistake That Will Leave Severe Ramifications,

And Definitely Cause Awkward Or Intense Situations.

There's Many People In The World Who Are Simply Out For Self-Gain;

Be Careful Not To Call These People Friends For They Will Only Cause Pain.

Remember To Always Use Caution; Only Align Yourself With The Right Company;

Because When You're Down, A True Friend Will Make The Darkest Day Seem Sunny.

That Is Something We Could Benefit From Having In Our Young Precious Lives,

Because For One, I Hate To Be Stabbed In The Back With A Thousand Knifes.

No One Enjoys Being Deceived And Being Betrayed,

And You Won't Be If You Watch Those That Pretend And Masquerade.

So Maintain A Small Circle Of Those You Trust And Those Who Trust You

Only Bestow The Gift Of Friendship To Genuine People Who Remain True,

Believe Me; Your Life Will Be So Much Better And Enjoyable If You Do.

The Beginning Of Something Special

February 26, 2010 !!! The first officially day of my 1st brand new blog dedicated entirely to the art form known as poetry !!! I, Myself, Personally have been writing poetry since the 7th grade at the age of twelve and I've been in love with it ever since. My ultimate goal is to one day publish my own book and own my own publishing company to help other poets/writers publish thier own material. This blog was created to help me get one step closer to completing that goal. I will be making posts usually bi-monthly or bi-weekly of my own work and the works of my friends.
